Amenivue started with a simple frustration: walking to the tennis courts only to find them already in use. In busy HOA communities, this happens all the time — and an unnecessary trip in the heat isn't just inconvenient, it's a waste of everyone's time.
We realized that most communities already have cameras watching their amenities. The problem wasn't technology — it was access. Security systems are locked away in management offices, not available to the residents who would benefit most.
